Where do we ship to?

We currently ship nationwide (and internationally where available). Shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout.

What if my package is lost or delayed?

Once packages are shipped, delays may occur due to the carrier. If your package is significantly delayed, please contact us and we’ll assist you.

Returns & Exchanges:

Do you accept returns?

Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on opened or used beauty products.

What if I recieved a damaged Item?

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we’ll resolve the issue quickly.

Products -Lash Clusters & Adhesive:

Are your lash clusters reusable?

Yes! With proper care and gentle removal, our lash clusters can be reused multiple times.

Are your products save for sensitive eyes?

Our products are made with quality ingredients, but we recommend doing a patch test before full application.

Is the lash adhestive waterproof?

Our adhesive is water-resistant and long-lasting when applied correctly. For best results, avoid excessive moisture within the first 24 hours.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Orders can only be changed or canceled within 12 hours of purchase
